A cutoff date of August 8, 2023 has been established. All reservations must be made by this date. Any rooms not reserved will be released from your group after the cutoff date and returned to our regular inventory to sell. Once the block is full, we can add rooms based on hotel availability.

The reduced room rate offering is $129.00 USD + 12% tax.

Continuing Education

Full attendance is required. No partial credit will be given. Application for AARC CRCE Program Application has been submitted for approval. AAST CEC Program Application has been submitted for approval.

It is the licensee’s responsibility to determine if the continuing education programs they attend meet the requirements of their professional licensure.

Continuing Education Certificates will be emailed after program evaluation forms are returned.
